CicloTRON Forever

In English!

Hi everyone!

You are here on the website of 6 french guys, who spend their free time building crazy stuff with chainsaws, bicycles and other mechanical objects to make them work together!

Everything started in 2006 by the creation of the CicloTRON, a chainsaw bike built with a 24" mountain bike, a Dolmar 112 and 3 pieces of wood. We now build bikes a bit more complex but we keep in mind the use of non motocycle things and the pleasure of creating stuff that doesn't normally exist!

The rest of this website is in french, you will find some videos in english or with english subtitles on our youtube channel.

Here are our main builds and a mini description of each:

The CicloTRON: our first vehicule... A bit heavy but very reliable! It is spindle drive, like most of our bike, for a lot of reasons the fist being simplicity!

The Black JACC (JACC comes from the builder's name first letters) A Mc Culloch chainsaw, with a bad temper, but great power! Reliable is not part of the black JACC vocabulary!

The tronçotinette is the first bike we built with welded elements! It is realy nice to ride if you have particular conditions: the engine running (not that simple), a really strait road, 2km ahead, good legs to start and a good balance!

The CicloTRON Reloaded! The same bike and chainsaw as the CicloTRON, but with a much more efficient transmission!

The Poupoudoum Mini Chopper: a big chainsaw, 2 little wheels, a great look, riding sensation you will never experiement on an other bike... but a lot of chain problems!

The Law Breaker: a really wide chopper, but with a little engine! Smooth ride, 5 speeds, low noise!

The Rock'n Bob! (still in construction), this is a real step forward! Bent tubing, 4 stroke engine, 100% belt drive, foot controlled CVT, hydraulic disk brakes, homemade springer forks... What a bike. Once painted it will kick ass!

Even if this website is in french there are a lot of pictures that you can see, feel free to click and have a look!

Because it requires a lot of work to translate it, the link and form below is in french... It allows you to leave a comment!
